  The Professors network, which currently has 200 members, will be holding a Symposium in Oxford in August 2014 A number of activities have been planned to take place throughout 2014: lecturing - both face to face and online; inspection of Business Schools for excellence and numerous other events for our members. As the flagship for our 2014 calendar, the Oxford Symposium offers our members the opportunity to play an active part in the network. Giving you the chance for setting the standard for academic excellence while enabling you to meet new friends and colleagues. The culmination of the Symposium will be made available to our members as well as the wider academic community through publication, in book form and of the papers presented. Since the network is composed of members from all academic disciplines, the subject chosen for the Symposium is in its essence trans disciplinary: "Higher Education in a Global World in the 21st Century"
