  The International Seminar "Quarks-2016" is organized by the Institute for Nuclear Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences on May 29 - 4 June, 2016. The Seminar co-organizer are Joint Institute for Nuclear Research , Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute , St. Petersburg State University and Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University. "Quarks-2016" is the nineteenth in the series of seminars taking place biennially since 1980 in the Soviet Union and since 1992 in various historical and cultural places of Russia; the previous seminar, "Quarks-2014", was held in Suzdal. The coming Seminar will take place in Pushkin, near St. Petersburg. Accommodation of participants, as well as conference meetings, will be at park-hotel "Potemkin". Despite of the Seminar's traditional name, the program of "Quarks-2016" is fairly broad and includes plenary sessions, meetings at sections and informal discussions on various problems of quantum field theory and particle physics, including: physics beyond the Standard Model (colliders, rare processes, higgs phenomenology, exotica); cosmology and astrophysics as related to particle physics; modern field theory, dynamics of strongly coupled theories; aspects of mathematical physics; physics of neutrino, neutrino oscillations; quantum chromodynamics, strong interactions; ultra-high energy cosmic rays; selected experimental results.
