  The IUCN Species Survival Commission (SSC) in alliance with the Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD) organised the Fourth SSC Leaders Meeting, held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, from October 6th to 9th, 2019. The Leaders Meeting is the most dynamic and strategically important event of the Species Survival Commission (SSC) IUCN with the purpose of strengthening and guiding our network to achieve our strategic plan and actions that contribute with our vision: A just world that values and conserves nature through positive action to prevent the loss of diversity of life on earth.
