  The International Conference “Eurasia^ Sustainable Development, Security, Cooperation” – 2019, being an initiative of three universities, is aimed at analyzing geopolitical and economic situation in Central Eurasia. The “One belt – One road” (OBOR) project has multiple effects on many countries, especially, on landlocked continental ones. Some Central Asian nations are also trying to realize their own projects of regional cooperation as alternatives to growing influence of such great powers as Russia and China.
