  Northeastern University (Shenyang) and Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology organize the First China and Russia Topology and Combinatorics International Conference. Goals of Conference With the development of science and technology, the degree of science and technology informatization is becoming more and more prominent all over the world. In the process, mathematics plays important and crucial role, it is not only the data processor, but also the compass of the problem. Many practical applications in different fields is inseparable from the development of basic mathematics. Topology and combinatorics are important branches in mathematics and they can be applied in many terms, such as graph theory applied in the field of artificial intelligence, mathematical model of economy in modern mathematical economics, existence, nature and calculation of equilibrium, etc. In order to promote the communication and cooperation of mathematics culture between China and Russia, the first China and Russia topology and combinatorics international conference will be held during March 15-20, 2021. Many mathematics experts and researchers will attend and share their recent research works.
