  Each summit is a new important step in educational activities aimed to improve the quality of treatment and laboratory diagnostics, unification and standardization of approaches to organizing epidemiological surveillance of pneumococcal infections in the Russian Federation, countries of Europe and Asia. Every year, the summit is attended by specialists in microbiology, epidemiology, pulmonology and infectious diseases, as well as other fields from Russia, Kazakhstan, Israel, the Baltic countries, Central and Eastern Europe. We are convinced that the exchange of experience and knowledge between experts from many countries on the online platform of the summit will traditionally be useful for all participants.
