  Goals • Understand where we are, what we have right now: in terms of ideas, motivations, expectations and humanpower. • Organize and motivate the effort: meetings, workshops, publications. • Make the effort and expectations mature and close to reality: in terms of inputs (beam mode, particles, energies; detector setup etc) and outputs (event counts, significance, etc). • Our initial plan of physics measurements during the first phase is here. It can be improved and extended. However currently some tasks are fully uncovered. • Goal of this year: to define realistic measurements and requirements from them, summarizing in a short collaboration document. We invite you for the discussion of existing elaborated SPD proposals
