We present the results of theoretical study on the effective generation of high-order harmonics in the process of a single atom interaction with a two-color laser field. This study was performed with the use of the non-perturbative theory. The theory enables to investigate the particular features of the photoemission spectra generated by an atom in the multi-color laser field formed by the arbitrary polarized laser pulses; the intensities, durations, carrier frequencies, delay times between the pulses and angle between the polarization vectors vary in wide range. Numerical calculations based on the proposed theory demonstrate the appearance of the qualitatively new features in dependence of high harmonic spectra on the above mentioned parameters of twocolor laser pulses. The results of numerical simulations are presented and discussed.
