The result of this work is the creation of a computer program in the Python language, which allows a quick analysis of the data obtained from solid-state nanopore experiments. The data from two current-voltage amplifiers (Axopatch and Chimera) can act as the input. The program includes modules such as: a module for displaying experimental data, power spectrum density designer, IV analysis module, fast recursive filter and CUSUM algorithms for event detection. Our application is user friendly and allows us to easily process and save the information in various formats.
