Аннотация доклада:
On the base of new MRI methods, developed in the Research Magnetic Tomography and Spectroscopy (CMTS MSU), some pre-clinic investigations were carried out of small laboratory animals by 7-T biospectroscopy scanner Bruker BioSpec 70/30 URS. The aim of that was to study possibilities of medicine targeted delivery to oncological and ischemia cerebral affection sites and to determine lesion power according to NMR spectrum without surgical intervention in vivo.
