Nanostructures catalytically active metals and their oxides - nanodomain films (nanoflakes), core-shell structures on carbon fibers were synthesized by the methods of laser ablation-deposition in electric fields. Research materials, for example, the deposition of this method the palladium on carbon fibers, show the ability to control the degree of crystallinity, size and chemical state of nanostructures when changing parameters of electric fields affecting the structure of laser plasma without changing the parameters of laser radiation.
