Аннотация доклада:
The detection of thiocholine is one of the most widespread techniques for estimation of the cholinesterase activity – acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase. Both cholinesterases play important physiological role, but can be inhibited by organophosphates and carbamates. SERS spectroscopy can be successfully applied for the thiocholine detection by using Ag SERS-substrates.
