Аннотация доклада:
We study charge generation in single material organic solar cells (OSC) based on donor-acceptor star-shaped molecules (SSM) with similar structure: N(Ph-X-DCV-R)3. Charge generation and photovoltaic properties were investigated in solution-processed OSC in the structure: glass/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/N(Ph-X-DCV-R)3/Ca/Al. These single material OSC demonstrate the external quantum efficiency up to 23%, as well as quite good power conversion efficiency up to 1.1%. Charge generation mechanism and recombination losses are discussed.
