We develop the theory of interaction of classical plasma with Kaluza-Klein gravitons in the ADD model of TeV-scale gravity. Plasma is described within the kinetic approach as the system of charged particles and the Maxwell field both confined on the brane. Interaction with multidimensional gravity living in the bulk with $n$ compact extra dimensions is introduced within the linearized theory. Our interest is in computing KK gravitons emission rates taking into account in a consistent way the plasma collective effects. The key role belongs to the two-point correlation function of the fluctuations of the plasma energy-momentum tensor. It is computed using the standard plasma fluctuations theory in flat space and contains contribution both to particles and electromagnetic field. The rate of emission of a KK mode with a given momentum and mass is given by an appropriate projection of the Fourrier-transform of this two-point function. Apart from bremsstrahlung and gravi-Primakoff mechanisms (which turn out to be modified for certain frequencies by plasma effects) we find essentially collective mechanisms of the KK gravitons production such as the coalescence of two Langmuir waves into graviton. In the turbulent plasma there are various coalescence processes of plasma waves into gravitons. Our results indicate that the existing rates of the KK graviton production in stars and supernovas may be underestimated
