The problem of drugs transport in a bioavailable form is undoubtedly relevant. Bioavaibility is generally determined by drugs ability to permeate through membranes and water solubility. The most part of drugs is poorly soluble in water, so it is important to develop new approaches to transfer of lipophilic drugs in water media based on effective nanoscale carriers. Such carriers may be micelles of surfactants, vesicles, niosomes, nanosized Ag and Au particles. The efficiency of drugs immobilization depends on their adsorption at the surface of carries, so the monolayers of lipophilic drug – felodipine at interfaces modeling the different surfaces of carries were investigated.
