Macromolecules of a protein, in addition to the usual vibrations, have two types of specific protein motions. The intensity of specific protein motions vary greatly with changes in temperature, the degree of hydration, the concentration of chemical chaperones. In living cells DNA molecules are twisted around protein molecules (histones), forming a nucleoid. The first results of the study of stress-induced nucleoid biocrystallization are presented.
