The present biogeochemical and environmental studies in the period of technogenic biosphere need to implement computer technology. It is shown that existing biogeochemical methods of evaluation areas should be combined with IoT, as they allow to control the dynamics of the processes and technologies associated with the world economy, environmental protection and sustainable development of society. IoT will not only increase the efficiency of searches of geological and energy resources and effectively manage the processes of mining, but also to control the state of the environment regarding the manifestation of various microelementhoses of plants, animals and man. The general approach involves reducing the negative environmental impact of toxic waste production through reduction, energy efficiency and conservation of resources. In general, ICT along with the biogeochemical one will contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions, a healthier the environment and effective and operational exchange of information. Particularly promising is the development of an automated system for earthquake prediction. The need to create interdisciplinary centers and test sites for the evaluation of the IoT in each APEC economy is emphasized. For example, geographically, the field center of complex ecological and biogeochemical research can operates on the Geological base of Lomonosov Moscow State University in village Unal of North Ossetia.
