Theoretical consideration of the interaction between meteoroids and dusty comets of Halley type at high relative velocities, V(R=0.01-1 AU)=70-700 km/s, shows that a new type of cometary ions related to the heavy, nuclear component of cosmic rays and a new component of cometary emissions related to X-rays may be produced by the generation of high-temperature plasma clumps/clots from impacts of cometary and interplanetary / circumsolar dust particles.
