We studied a sample of galaxies with piecewise exponential anti-truncated stellar disks (type III). All of them belong to the southern sky. We considered isolated lenticular galaxies as well as ones from clusters. We have obtained photometric data for our sample using LCOGT telescope network. We employ our original method for deriving thickness of galaxy disk that is observed not strictly face-on and not strictly edge-on. It yields thicknesses of inner and, in some cases, outer stellar disks. The results suggest that some of the galaxies possess inner part of anti-truncated disk that is not a thin disk but, rather, a 3D ellipsoid with an exponential luminosity distribution. We suppose that these structures are in fact psedo-buldges.
