Under the current circumstances of geopolitical cataclysms, and an unprecedented number of migrants all over the world, the problems of aggression and xenophobia have been brought to the forefront. Finding solutions to these problems is supposed to be the responsibility of military intelligence, police and armies. However, it is high time to highlight the role of language and culture in aggravating these problems. This role is usually unseen and unrealized. However, the so-called “human factors” – national languages and cultures – are the secret forces acting slowly and imperceptibly and therefore more efficiently than any other means of open actions and pressures. The paper is an attempt to introduce and broaden the vision of dangers created by language and culture in such fields as both native and foreign language acquisition, translations, and some other spheres, though, actually, they are secretly, or rather incomprehensibly present in every sphere of general human communication.
