Аннотация доклада:
Extreme ecosystems and microorganisms, that associated with it, are quite important research objects for astrobiological model experiments. Several research projects were performed by us to isolate bacteria from different soils, sediment and permafrost samples taken from different extreme ecosystems. Taxonomic biodiversity of culturable communities, functional activity and stress-tolerance of isolated strains were estimated. This research was funded by Russian Foundation for Basic Research according to the research project No 18-34-00331, and partially by PRAS No. 17 (Evolution of organic world. Role and influence of planetary processes), subprogram no. 1 (in the part of study of bacterial resistance to perchlorates) and PSF project No 14–50–00029 (in part of collection development).
