Aging of skin is an inevitable biological phenomenon, consisting of the age-related cessation of cellular functioning and disruption of functioning due to the accumulation of adverse external factors. The latter represents a complex of the environmental influences resulting in pathologies occurrence. One of the main factors of the environment is the sunlight radiation. Solar UV radiations induce oxidative stress in the biological objects resulting in the formation of the H2O2 and reactive oxygen species (ROS) affecting intracellular compound causing morphological alterations. That leads to the activation of several biochemical cascades in the affected cell, which serves as a signaling for the apoptosis or for the autophagy by the immune cells. UV-induced oxidation in skin is a cumulative process and at certain conditions can develop into sincere abnormalities such as cancer. The study was supported by RFBR grant 19-02-00947_а.
