Contemporary foreign and Russian sociology, as well as other liberal arts possess extensive theoretical and empirical experience of studying social inequalities. In the late XX century, interest in this issue went down to grow again in the early XXI century. It was at the beginning of the 2000s when were carried out interesting and highly professional researches dedicated to social justice and issues of equality and inequality in the Russian society. Thus, justice is considered within two notions. Firstly, it is considered as the bridging income divide between different population groups, regions, etc. and secondly, as a possibility of next generations to meet their needs at a particular level.
