Problems and perspectives of land use managemnt are discussed in connection with processes of land withdrawal in the 1990-2012 in the European Russia districts and in connection with warming climatic trends in this period. The report contains information on changes of grain crops'productivity, reducing of arable areas and climatic changes in diggerent districts of European Russia.
