Аннотация доклада:
Despite great advances in neuroscience, we still lack satisfactory understanding of the neural nature of human mind. What is missing is not just more facts, but rather a global theoretical and research framework that could make sense of them and guide our further progress. Such priority within the brain initiatives around the world can focus our efforts on perhaps the MAIN mission of neuroscience – solving the Mind-brAIN problem.
