Post-stroke patients verticalization should start as early as it possible. However, verticalization patients in acute stroke have to provide procedure security. Aim. Develop hemodynamic tolerance criteria for the verticalization and compare different safety monitoring scenarios of verticalization of patients after a stroke. Methods. Sixty people took part in the study. They were divided into three groups. The hemodynamics of healthy people during verticalization are criteria of safety procedures. The using it allows to assess the degree of tolerance to verticalization. Monitoring the CO allow to achieve greater MAP stability during verticalization, safely increase exercise time, and extend the most efficient part of the procedure - being in an upright position.
