At the present time modern biomaterials require primarily acceleration of accretion, replacement of implant with new bone tissue and osteostimulation while a high level of mechanical stress during treatment can be eliminated.1 The main goal was providing implants having a) sufficient mechanical strength during treatment and rehabilitation, b) architecture providing osteoconductivity - bone ingrowth into implant, c) ability to resorption - dissolution and substitution of a native bone in a body environment, d) the ability to actively influent biochemical processes osteosynthesis – by osteoinduction. The main tasks of this work were: 1) synthesis of calcium phosphate powder with a specific particle size composition; 2) determination of composition and the conditions for obtaining polymers cords filled with synthesized calcium phosphate powder; 3) determination of thermal extrusion technology printing options designed implant model with given pore architecture and shape of the prepared composite cord; 4) determination of conditions for further models processing after 3D printing in solutions for advanced modified surface of implant.
