This paper presents a system for monitoring and prediction of public WAN connection bandwidth - WARP. This system allows to schedule public WAN connection and guarantee SLA for connection bandwidth. The problem of WAN connection monitoring is of significant interest to such actively developing areas as SD-WAN, configurable CPE and 5G that use WAN connection as a shared resource. The proposed monitoring system combines utilization monitoring with SDN and available bandwidth monitoring using a clientserver application, thus solving a problem of full bandwidth monitoring without affecting existing flows. The proposed prediction method is based on confidence intervals for quantiles and returns a safe bandwidth estimation using the monitoring data. It can work with monitoring data from different monitoring systems. The experimental results show that it can provide high accuracy and allows adjusting the relation between accuracy and resource utilization.
