The creation of artificial substitutes of bone tissue is still a challenge for medical inorganic material science. Certainly, biomaterials should have sufficient strength, biocompatibility, bioresorbability/bioresistance, macroporous and microporous. Materials of defined pore architecture can be created with applying of different additive technologies such as 3D Printing, stereolithography, robocasting etc. Biomaterials are obtained in the systems of Na2O-CaO-SiO2-P2O5, CaO-SiO2, CaO-P2O5 and so on are now widely used in to practice for tissue bone regeneration. The aim of the work was to prepare ceramic material with defined phases (sodium calcium silicate and rhenanite) based on water-soluble sodium silicate and synthetic calcium phosphates with the use of additional components. To sum it up, such highly-concentrated suspensions can be recommended for the preparation of porous composite biomaterials with a defined geometry and phase composition in the system Na2O-CaO-SiO2-P2O5. This work was supported by a grant from the RFBR 18-29-11079.
