Аннотация доклада:
We consider a solid-state resonator made of a material with third-order nonlinearity and solve the problem of the interaction of a quantum well with non-classical light inside. To demonstrate strongly the self-phase modulation effect the time-dependent distribution of different values of field quadrature is presented for various initial quantum field conditions.
