New data of the NUCLEON space experiment is presented about discovered earlear in the same experiment new universal cosmic ray knee that tale place near 10 TV of magnetic rigidity for all abundant nuclei from protons to iron. The data are based on a new processing of the data of the Nucleon experiment (third data generation) with special emphasis on the analysis of systematic errors and deconvolution of CR energy spectra. A possible single nearby supernova remnant as a possible source of the 10 TV knee is discussed on the base of the NUCLEON data. The results are compared with the data of other experiments.
