The advent of computer programs and teaching aids has changed and significantly expanded the possibilities of learning foreign languages. Study of domestic and foreign experience in the use of computer training technologies shows that the inclusion of computer teaching technologies in the educational process changes the role teaching aids used in the process of teaching a foreign language, in particular Hebrew. The paper presents the experience of creating a telegram bot for studying Hebrew ("Pardes") has been developed by the author since September 2019 and was launched in March 2020 and from April of the same year went into commercial use. The course offer s 128 academic hours of training, including 64 hours of lectures and 64 hours of self-studies. The period of 2019-2020 saw more than 1000 students using the bot. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that it developed and introduced a tool for teaching Hebrew based on LCMS technologies in Telegram bot and experimentally verified methodological recommendations for the use of various types of computer training programs as a means enhancing the cognitive activity of students in the process of learning Hebrew, as a foreign language, which will be useful to teachers when choosing and using methodological means of enhancing cognitive activity students, expand their understanding of the possibilities of using LMS and LCMS in the process of teaching foreign languages.
