The coronavirus pandemic is a large event of the 21st century, which covered almost all countries of the world. Faced with the threat of a previously unknown disease that has killed millions of people over the 2020 year, states have made various efforts to combat the Covid-19 virus. Many modern scientists have written a lot of works on the consequences of the pandemic. The article "After the pandemic: vectors of future development" is very interesting and important for philosophical understanding of the pandemic. The author of the article is a philosopher, Soviet and Russian scientist, professor Vladimir Vasilievich Mironov (1953-2020), who served as dean of the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University for over twenty years (1998-2020). The main idea of the article is that human life now is the main goal and value. Now our behavior depends not only on ours, but also on the lives of other people. It is proposed to consider the theory of political behavior by Paul Lazarsfeld. It is interesting what methodological tools were used by different countries of the world to control the situation during the pandemic. What are the most effective tools for creating the desired model of behavior in the state? In this case, we are interested in the model of behavior of law-abiding citizens who maintain social distance. The question will also be considered why we have the same behavioral scenarios in different states during the coronavirus pandemic.
