A Lagrangian mathematical model of the separated flow of an inviscid incompressible fluid around body with the generation of vorticity on the entire surface of the body is constructed. In this model, an inviscid fluid is treated as the limiting case of a viscous fluid with the Reynolds number tending to infinity. The method is tested on examples of a number of classical problems of separated flow around bodies
