Zearalenone is a class of mycotoxins, secondary metabolites of molds. Having no acute toxicity, the compound is characterized teratogenic and esterogennym action, which explains the need to define it at all stages of food production. We obtained immunoreagents and the method of fluorescent polarization immunoassay (FPIA) for zearalenone was developed. This method combines the quantitative determination of mycotoxins at level 10 ng/ml and rapidity - the duration of the analysis of the sample with sample preparation less than 5 minutes. The FPIA method is based on the competitive reaction of mycotoxin determined and fluorophore-labeled (tracer) with specific antibodies and followed measurement of fluorescence polarization for the emitted light fluorophore. Due to the fact that there is no need to separate the bound and free tracer, the analysis is fast and has a high reproducibility. The results for detection of Zearalenone in real corn samples by developed FPIA are well correlated with data from physical-chemical method (GC-MS) and immunochromatographic method (strip-test).
