Data on photoneutron and photoproton reactions on 112,124Sn nuclei were used to define main parameters of giant dipole resonance (GDR) isospin splitting. Theoretical estimations obtained in the Combined Model of Photonucleon Reactions and neutron multiplicity function F2=sigma(gamma, 2n)/sigma(gamma,xn) were used for partial reaction channels self consistenty. Joint analysis of data on GDR states appeared as resonances in photonuclear reaction cross sections and possible channels of decay via states with various isospin values in neighboring nuclei was carried out. New data on 112,124Sn GDR isospin splitting parameters such as energy of splitting ΔE, ratio of splitting components R and energetic center of gravity Ec.g. of components with isospin T< and T> were obtained.
