Search capabilities of modern databases on experimental nuclear data allows to conduct a comprehensive analysis on nuclear properties. This fact makes the database to be a new research tool. Due to the wide scope of experimental source, integrated data on nuclear characteristics become the criteria for verification of certain model assumptions. Comparative analysis of various spectroscopic properties allows one to determine the area of simultaneous drastic changes of studied characteristics. The greatest changes are associated with the manifestation of the shell structure of the nucleus. Various manifestations of classical shell model and separate sub shells in the form of non classical isolated magic nuclei and nuclear groups were identified on the systematics of nuclear properties.
