The evolution of triple hierarchical stellar systems with high inclinations and eccentricities is studied. According to Evans, such stellar system is the system with comparable stellar masses, which contains one slowly and two rapidly changing components. It is supposed that such systems are stable contrary to stellar systems with comparable distance components. In this study the motion in the frame of the general three-body problem is considered. In differential equations of motion the Hamiltonian without short-periodic terms is used. As the intermediate orbits we have used non-keplerian ellipses. In the solution of the differential equations mean motions of both components have the secular terms. The perturbations of the distant component slow down the mean motion of the close pair, and vice versa, the mean motion of the distant component grows under the perturbations of the close pair. Values of the secular terms are small but on cosmological time interval they can change the configuration of the system. The probability that the system would be unstable is very large. The system either will persist as a binary or will be rapidly dissipated.
