Аннотация доклада:
The method of determination of electric field strength and electron concentration in nonequilibrium plasma of electrical discharges is based on the modeling of measured vibration distribution function (VDF) of nitrogen molecules in electronic state C3Pu . The measured VDF, specific absorbed power and gas pressure were the data for calculations. The model of plasma processes in nitrogen was developed on the base of balance equations for plasma components and homogeneous Boltzmann equation for plasma electron. The gas temperature was estimated from the thermal conductivity equation.
