This work is devoted to determining the average size of the hydrodynamic radius of photosensitizer nanoparticles (FS) in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) acting as a surfactant. When selecting the FS ratio/PVP it is possible to create micellar forms of FS with specified particle sizes, which will increase the selectivity of their accumulation in certain types of tumors. The aim of the work is to investigate the interaction of nanoparticles with the main human blood proteins: albumin and gamma globulin in solutions under various external factors, such as temperature, concentration of substances, measurement duration, laser wavelength, pH of the solution. In this work, it was found that the samples are resistant to irradiation at wavelengths of 450 nm and 647 nm, which makes it possible to successfully study the nanoparticles contained in them by dynamic light scattering. The measurements revealed that the blue laser (647 nm) is optimal for the study of nanoparticles by this method. The sizes of Pt-Peg and S-24-Na photosensitizers were measured in the presence of PVP and without it, and the appearance of complexes in the presence of PVP, which increased the size of nanoparticles, was confirmed. The interaction of albumin and gamma globulin with photosensitizers at different temperatures was studied, and stable forms in their solution were identified and measured. Based on the results of the study, the optimal range of parameters (time of interaction with proteins, temperature, laser length) for photosensitizers in the presence of proteins in solution was selected.
