The purpose of the work is to create a mathematical model of the negative mutations accumulation in the mouse population, based on experimental data published by Uchimura et.al., 2015. According to the results of the experimental work, disabling the corrective activity of δ-polymerase in experiments with mice led to a 17-fold increase in the rate of the negative mutations accumulation for three groups of laboratory-type mice. In different groups of mice, the accumulation of negative mutations occurred differently, so we put forward a hypothesis about the presence of phenotypic differences in the parental pairs of mice that gave rise to each group and set the inverse problem to determine the number of these phenotypic differences.
