SU UMa-type dwarf nova V1006 Cyg pointed attention by sporadic appearance of long outbursts without superhumps and by some similarity with WZ Sge-type stars. Here we present a result of the multi-site campaigns on the multicolor observations of the V1006 Cyg in 2015-2017 and 2023. In 2015 it’s long-term light curve displayed the superoutburst with ∼10-d duration and amplitude of 3.5m. The series of the normal outbursts of ∼3-4 d duration and amplitude of ∼ 2.5m superposed on the quiescence. The brightness of 2015-2017 quiescence varied from 16.5m to 17.5m. A long-term 2023 light curve represented two states: 1) a standstill terminated by outburst. Such behavior is a sign of the IW And-type CV. The amplitude of the outburst was ∼ 3m, it lasted about a week. Despite a comparable duration of this outburst with 2015 superoutburst, it contained the orbital variations instead of superhumps. Moreover, according to ZTF, ASAS-SN and ATLAS, there have been relatively regularly spaced long outbursts since 2021, none of which turned out to be a superoutburst. We present the two-color diagrams for the 2015 superoutburst, 2023 outburst and quiescence data as well as the color-indexes of the superhumps. The UBVRcIc colors during the 2023 outburst consistent with a partially ionized disk and support an identification of V1006 Cyg as being on the IW And state. 2) After the 2023 outburst V1006 Cyg entered its quiescent state (17.5m). A few of small-amplitude flares lasted 4-5 d, superposed on this quiescence. The UBVRcIc colors in the quiescence point to a lower temperature as a whole from the disk and indicate that the radiation can come from the parts of the disk of different temperatures. There is no orbital brightness modulation, but large QPOs are recorded instead in 2015-2017 and 2023 quiescence.
