Аннотация доклада:
The purpose of the present work was to investigate the relation between the radiation stability of zircon ZrSiO4, monazite LaPO4, lakargiite Ca(Zr,Ti,Sn)O3 and compounds Gd2Zr2O7 with the structure of pyrochlore using method of molecular dynamics (MD).
