Renewed thermometric studies have shown that the soils of the foundation of the building of the Republican Hospital No. 1 are in stable condition and even continue to cool. The lowest ground temperature was found in the central and northeastern parts of the building. Research shows that due to the shading effect and the operation of the ventilated crawl space, the temperature of the soil decreases, which has a beneficial effect on the stability of buildings, despite the upward change in air temperature. The data will make it possible to adjust the boundary conditions for the thermal engineering forecast of the thermal interaction of the building with permafrost soils of the base.
