It is noted that the sources/injectors of multicharge heavy ions of CR may be not only explosions of SNs, but also collisions between dust particles of high-latitude HVCs falling onto the galactic disk. Such collisions may be one of the processes that will lead to chemical anomaly of CR, together with peculiarities of acceleration mechanism for ions having different mass.
