In comparing Diaspora Politics as elements of soft power is considered in the following aspects: the historical context (the main causes, events and waves of migration in the history of the countries), the current state and status of diasporas with an emphasis on socio-demographic and geographical components, the level of maintaining ties with the former homeland, goals and objectives, substantive work (basic concepts and their promotion, ideological and value orientation), organizational models and tools, challenges and prospects, etc.
