- Аннотация: Single-phase samples of Nd1.3Ba0.7NiO4 and Nd1.35Ba0.65NiO4 with K2NiF4-type structure are obtained by the freeze-drying synthesis. The process of thermal decomposition of salt precursors occurs at T < 650oC. However, the phase formation of Nd2-xBaxNiO4 is completed only at 900oC. Processing at T > 1000oC results in the decomposition of Nd2-xBaxNiO4. The boundary of solid solution region for Nd2-xBaxNiO4 at 1000oC is determined (x ≤ 0.7). The mean size of Nd2-xBaxNiO4 crystallites size at T = 1000oC is 400 nm and T = 900oC is 300 nm.
