The invention discloses mixed catalyst of lewis acid and amine salt or ammonium salt and its application in hydrogenation and hydrosilation of oxycarbide, and lewis acid is one of tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane, tris(tetrafluorophenyl)borane, tris(trifluorophenyl)borane, tris(difluorophenyl)borane, tris(fluorophenyl)borane, and tri-Ph borane. The catalyst is applicable to hydrogenation and hydrosilation of oxycarbide, can thoroughly reduce aldehyde and ketone to alkane under normal temp. and pressure rapidly with low hydrosilane consumption, high conversion efficiency, high product yield. The catalyst does not contain heavy metal, has no heavy metal pollution and other issues, can sep. products after reaction according to different properties of products by using sepn. methods such as distn., extn., column chromatog., and has no need to carry out posttreatment with hydrofluoric acid or concd. H2SO4 and NH4F.
