Аннотация:The effective use of a modern computer cluster relies not only on the characteristics of its nodes, but its communication environment as well. There are different approaches to monitor communication environment and dynamically schedule tasks. In the paper, we consider an approach based on the preliminary collection of data on delays of the message passing and their subsequent analysis. This collection takes a lot of time and generates a large amount of raw data. Delay models are required that can significantly speed up data collection and reduce the amount of stored information. We proposes and study such a model and methods of its learning, which combine high quality and speed.
