Аннотация:In this paper the problem of estimating the parameters of the model of the experiment based on measurements results is solved. A mathematical model of the measurement error is formulated in terms of the theory of possibilities. Possibilities distribution on the set of error values determs the order indicating which error values are more preferable (have more chance of being implemented in the measurement), and which is less. It is believed that small values of measurement error is more preferable than large. A mathematical model of the experiment depends on the unknown parameters. The problem is to estimate the measurement model parameters so that the residual between the experimental results and the prediction of the model was the most possible; this estimate is called the maximum possibility estimation. An example of estimating the parameters of Mossbauer spectrometric experiment is given
